Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: Good environment, friendly people, and great service.
Cons: Not enough weights, machines, or racks. Not enough business hours. Space is limited.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Johnnie Jackson. Because he has the thickness, density, and the strength to back it up.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
All free weight exercises (barbell curl, dumbbell curl, etc.)
