Football got me in the gym and been there every since on and off throughout the years.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from working out. Yeah and why lie; I love the attention for the ladies when they see my hard work at its best
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard to stay motivated, but I guess the biggest motivator is when I put on a shirt that I know is supposed to fit tight and it is loose; That and trying to keep up with my big bro.
BB Accomplishments:
I would have to say trimming down and becoming leaner. I was about 250lbs, but I was just big no definition. Now I am a lot more defined and my 6 pack is coming lol

Today is leg day. I've been getting it in there pretty regularly. I wish I was back at my two-a-days but eh, this new job has been kinda hard to schedule it in there. The problem with working too close to your house is if you train twice a day in the same gym, you begin to hate the gym. :-) Whats been going on with you over there? Still training and keeping that network up?

It was great! Went out dancing with one of the girls I competed with, always a nice workout. I didn't really stick to my diet so I am working it off this week :) How was your weekend? STAY FIT
