my fitness goal is to reach my body weight of 200Lbs of muscle. After finishing high school i want to go into personal training. And hopefully compete in the future.
i want to put on 5kg of muscle within the next six months and be at a weight of 85kg by june next year.
IS IT TRUE THE TALLER U ARE THE HARDER IT IS TO PUT ON MASS????
