Optimal calories for muscle growth should be about 15-20 times your bodyweight in pounds everyday, Example if you weight 200LBS,

geez.. i couldnt imagine doing a massive arms session and then moving furniture the next day. i work with children and having to pick them up after a session is enough for me :s
