SeFo619 been bulking up for three weeks now, I put on 14lbs which is alot! gonna increase my cardio this week and maybe decrease fats little bit more(even though im not eating that much fats and when I do it extremely clean!) maybe im eating too much carbs,I don't know I'm kinda confused! SeFo619 I'm eating small amount of fats maybe 30-40 gr and only healthy fats. I'm still really tight I think its more likely some water, I'm also gonna increase the cardio to make sure that I don't add any fats! Apr 8, 2011 8:46am

mr305 yo 7lbs?! In a week? DAMN! I bet youre adding more fats. With such a low fat diet we've been on the bodys hormone regulation was a bit out of wack. Some studies show how sat.fats and other fats help the body produce testosterone. I have more more food to cross from my reward list before I start the program again....PIZZA! SeFo619 I'm gonna keep an eye on you lool!! I thing I'm gonna go back to week one and do clean bulking, I really love the fact that every workout is different it keeps me motivated beside I've seen great result from doing it!
