At 175 Lbs, I experienced a lot of health problems, including back problem, and stomach problem. I was constantly tired, and I grew weaker and weaker each days. There were no life in me, no life in this body.

This picture was taken around the end of May 2007. After receiving this picture in the mail, and seeing it, I decided that I must take action. I have no hope of losing weight, but I know I have to do something.
I have no idea what I was suppose to do, I don't even know how to use the Elliptical machine. At that time my friend who weighted at 165lbs (I thought he was fit at that time), laughed at me, telling me that the rate I was going on the Elliptical, I would never see any changes and I will still be fat. I was going 3mph, but it wasn't easy for a big person like me, someone who doesn't do physical work. But he make the wrong decision, he quits.
I was like a freaking turtle, every days, I would go in and did at least 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine. Rain or Shine I was there at the gym. It wasn't easy, after you put much work in it and don't see result, and your friend still calling you a FATTY. I got phrases like "Why waste your time", or "You still fat, you not doing it right".
I've learned not to listen to other voices or I'll not be where I am today.

This picture was taken on a Camping trip with friends. I was already conscious about my weight and I have been jogging outside and doing cardio on the Elliptical machine. I remembered I started to drink a lot of water, I went to the store and purchased a whole gallon for myself...I went to the bathroom like crazy and my friends thought I was nut. :) I started to feel good about myself :)

I decided to try on an old pair of pant, it was one of my many favorite pairs from Banana Republic, sized 36. I purchased it not too long ago, but it has to go with all the fat. My current waist is 30, but I can fit in a 29.

Thanks to friends online who reviewed my meal plan, I've been following their advises. I've been learning to work with free-weight. There a long road ahead, but so far, I really see an amazing transformation in me.

From January 08 till now, I was focusing on eating right, and eating clean. Begin tomorrow (February 18), I will start doing 15 minutes of cardio after each workout for my abs to show.

I believe the cable machine helps me define my chest, and the dip assistant machine help tone my chest up. I see result, so I am going to start doing more.

I am now incorporate a 10-15 minutes of cardio after weight-training to bring out my abs.
I will begin doing more dips to bring out my chest...don't want a flat chest :)

I started to see definition on my triceps and my biceps are getting big. I've been doing Hercules curls, when working on biceps :)

Part of the C3 challenge requires the initial picture...that's my initial picture. I want to see those fat junk surrounding my abs be gone by the end of the challenge. Check my progress out, I'm committed to it.

This picture was taken on April 12, 2008. It was on my friend's wedding day, and it was also one of my short-term goals. I was prepared for this day. It was a good time, I shocked almost all of my friends and neighbors, and received a lot of positive compliments. Eat lean for health and happiness is so true.

I do see great improvement on Tri/Bi, but as for Chest, I need help on isolating Chest muscle. Doing Dumbbell fly/Cable Cross Over, I feel more on my arms then on my Chest. Help me? You guys have suggestions, tips?

I am eating 6 meals a day. Carbs is consumed at the earliest of the day, then I started to slow cut carbs as the day go on. I am also consuming more fruits mostly bananas and apple, and strawberry and mango. Also, I only do cardio a few days a week, sometime it's HITT, and sometime it's just jogging on the treadmill at a slow pace after workout. Hopefully, by the end of the month, I will gain some lean muscle mass.

I've always wanted to wear these sleeveless muscle T-Shirt, but never got the nerve too. It's until August the 31 of 2008, that I gain enough confident in myself to put one on. I am happy, because I've achieved one of my short-term goal.
