Yike. Look at that face, it's the result of not eating the right foods, and not doing any exercises. All those fat accumulated throughout my life and showed up on my body and face.

Yeah, I do to some extent, but not as much as I should I guess. I do use creatine ethyl ester however, so avoid needing to load it. I think the cycling is about 3-4 months on and then 1 month off. I say use this as a starting point and experiment to see what works best for you. -T

Hey, hey man! Doing well I'd say more or less. Almost to the half way point in my first ever successful cut cycle. Lost 6lbs already, mostly from fat I think. But still maintaining the muscle I think. So how are things with you?
