At first, the reason I've started working out is because I want to seek love and approval from my ex. Did I get it? Yes. But now I understand what I need is not that, but to be fit and healthy to enjoy life and that is enough.
Why I Love It:
some days, I can't wait to get to the gym, and some days, i said "f this". i like it because i feel strong and confident.

after the gym today, i headed over to a whole food market and bought a whole rotisserie chicken for dinner.  Usually, the cost is around 10 dollars, but now because of a promotion period the price is $5.99, can't beat that price.  i want to eat the skin, it looks delicious with all these...

Yeah, I do to some extent, but not as much as I should I guess. I do use creatine ethyl ester however, so avoid needing to load it. I think the cycling is about 3-4 months on and then 1 month off. I say use this as a starting point and experiment to see what works best for you. -T

Hey, hey man! Doing well I'd say more or less. Almost to the half way point in my first ever successful cut cycle. Lost 6lbs already, mostly from fat I think. But still maintaining the muscle I think. So how are things with you?
