At 175 Lbs, I experienced a lot of health problems, including back problem, and stomach problem. I was constantly tired, and I grew weaker and weaker each days. There were no life in me, no life in this body.  needs to set time for myself

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I have no problem if they grunt, but it's unfair to have to listen whey they dropped the weights on the floor.

It rained hard, and my motivation to workout was none, but I dragged my lazy self to the gym, and did a 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Those 30 minutes seem like forever.  I ate healthy today, got California salad from Target, I only dip my folk in the dressing.  Actually, the combination...

I'm about 5'6" - 5'7". But I always tell people that I'm about 5'7".

Can't really answer that question. I doubt that a 6'5" guy would have and "average" waist size of 30-33. So it'll depend on your target statistic group. :) I'm usually somewhere around 28-30 when my weight is between 135-155lbs.

That's all that matters man. As of right now, I'm more focused on putting on muscle. Come the beginning of July, I'm going to cut carbs majorly to get ripped. All in all, it's going well my friend.

hahha, to be honest, the hardest part was getting rid of the junkfood and getting off my fat arse and started running. Before I knew it, I was up to 6 miles a day.
