You can see here just how damaged the muscles in my core are. Three pregnancies in an 18 month period ((I had a miscarriage between two live births)) has taken it's toll. It's been a slow recovery this time.

I don't feel nearly so bad about my lower body. Living on the third floor and carting small children up and down several times a day has it's advantages.

I have no clue how to take good pictures from teh back. And even worse, because of my skin and its natural cammo, I can't tell if there are muscles there.

They're getting much stronger. I can feel how strong they are, but they're still covered with fat. Can't wait to start leaning out and visibly seeing the difference.
