My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
My primary goal is to reduce bodyfat WITHOUT losing weight. Increase strength and endurance and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
ALWAYS make it to the gym. NO excuses... ALWAYS work through the ENTIRE workout, NO shortcuts. ALWAYS be willing to learn. Take the time it takes and never get discouraged. Progress WILL happen if you work at it.
