I wanna gain quality mass, the most you can fit on a 5'6 frame.
Goal (Long):
I've been sedentary most of my life. I do play sports like soccer, hockey, tennis, golf and badminton. But lately I've been more focused on just loafing about the idiot box and shoving food down my throat.
Then my sister was getting married so I had to lose some weight to at least look a little better in formal wear. So I hauled ass to the gym and worked hard to keep it in there. Then I came across articles from Animalpak. Boy I got motivated bigtime. It was like a switch was turned on. I got hooked. I started loving it.
I've been blessed with a body that I think is just right for building mass. Im only 5'6 but big boned wide. I want to be big, not just toned but really big. I want huge bulging arms that will complement my 15 inch forearms. I want huge legs to complement my upper bod and awesome calves. I want to raise my one rep bench max from 250 to 400 and I want it all in 2 years (a personal goal). I know with dedication, drive, intensity, supplementation and support, I can do it.
If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life.
