I like thick fit chicks so I need to be in shape to handle myself well! JK, although I do like the curvier ladies. I just like lifting, having control of my physique and the camaraderie. This is one thing that transcends sex, race everything. You either know what you're doing or don't!

Hey its been awhile, I see...Hope '08 was kind to you...my holidays was pretty restful, peaceful, wonderful..definitly ready for the new year..whats your goals for '09?
Thanks. I still have some ways to go. I just added the stair climber and with my new routine, I should be given the fellas something to cry about soon. Just trying to get to that point. lol
Now that I am eating better..my workouts are coming along nicely and I am seeing results..I do cardio..6 days a week and weights 3days..For now trying to stay consistent and determined...
alright..I'm back at school so I am doing what they tell me to do pretty much. We are doing long runs to get our endurance up and some stadium work so I guess I am workin them. I have been doing ATF squats, leg presses, and dead lifts..etc. but right now in the weight room we are doing circuit lifting for a minute at each station to get everyone back into lifting (the ones who haven't been doing it mostly). I have a side shot up!
You had expressed some interest in competing in the "NPC Heartland Natural Classic" next spring... Well hopefully it's coming! I have been doing atf squats along w/ my deadlifts and leg presses. I did stadiums a couple of times this week. So I am working on them..I think I just need to lose a few to see my results better :)
