  • Thanks. The diet is a little more complex now. I have low carb days, no carb days and high carb day (Friday). I expect 1-2 pounds more tomorrow. It's quite a challenge but I stay focused.

  • I'm a fan of Kris, I should check out his Body by design diet. Oh! I though you were on the shortcut to size now. I only did it for a month and add 35 lbs to the bench. Results are amazing :) Wow, the superman program and your diet should get you more shredded. Will you continue to lower your carb intake after the workout's is finished?

  • Nope I'm doing the Super-Man 5 week program. You can google and it comes up. I'm actually not hurting at all with the low carb diet so maybe? I would hate to lose any strength so I'll play it by ear. What program do you want to do next?
