How I Started:
From a young age I always played sports, mainly handball at a very young age to present. I also played football, track, baseball. I am also a smoker, but have not had 1 puff of a cigarette since April 4th, 2007. Thats is why I go to the gym consistantly now. It ain't easy quitting, but its not the hardest thing either. (Sept. 12th update; I am still cig. puff free)
Why I Love It:
It allows me to relieve the stress from quitting cigarettes, as well as every day stress. It also provides me with a natural high, releasing built up tension.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through many life experiences, including quitting smoking, and memories of getting my face broken from a 4 on 12. Motivation also comes from working out being a safe/smart way of relieving the frustrations of life.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching a weight of 185.6 and maintaining a lean build. The other accomplishment is making enough time to hit up the gym consistantly for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours a night relieving my mind.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to continue to create lean body mass. I currently am 5'8-5'9 with a range of 184-188 lbs. I did touch 189 after labor day weekend. Update, I touched 189.8 after the 4th. I want to increase my weight, speed, lungs, and power. I was originally 165 one year ago and my goal was 185 lbs. Now that goal has been hit, with the help of getting a desk job and doing some construction on the weekends and working out during the week, my new goal is 190 lbs solid and lean.
