My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Daily am cardio before breakfast, noon cardio warmup then heavy lifting, daily pm cardio wrapup. Balanced meals x 6 throughout the day.
Routine =
Daily 6am 45-60mins light cardio, target is ~600cals, 5pm 30-mins light cardio, target is ~400cals
Noon 20-min light cardio warmup, target is ~200cals
12:20pm workout:
Mon=off/abs
Tues=Chest
Weds=Back
Thurs=off/abs
Fri=Legs/calves
Sat=Shoulders
Sun=arms

I had a good friend recommend that I start paying attention to my diet. I feel I may have gone a bit overboard now though :)
Six meals per day, 2100cal diet
I've been concentrating on eating properly to maintain my lean muscle and burn fat. Only my pictures will tell if I succeeded :)

While training, I stick to as much natural food as possible, and supplement when necessary.
Natural clean eating is what I shoot for. Zero junk, and zero alcohol while I'm transforming. I only supplement twice per day now, and rely on natural food sources for the remainder of my diet througout the day.
