Hey, dude. Good for you that you are working on it again. Don't loose that definition if you can help it. Your profile says you are female, is that an mistake? Tell me about your workouts.

I should have started when I was a teen. I hope to add 35lbs. of muscle before I am 55 but keep the fat low. Gaining is the hard part, I lose fat (and muscle) unless I eat like a pig.

Huge compliment, thank you. I am working on adding some muscle. Harder to do at age 50, but I hear of many examples.

I saw leg routines and have now tried the higher reps and giant sets for about a month. I am shocked at how quickly I am progressing, how hungry I am (I am eating), how much more sleep I need (I am sleeping), and how excited I am. My legs have never responded much to the traditional only lift heavy approach. I used to run long distances successfully, and now wonder if the slow twitch muscle theory has anything to do with the high rep approach. Thanks!

I'm trying to add muscle but hold the body fat where it is. I've done some of that this year but it is hard work. Have to eat just right at the right times, including in the middle of the night.

Think I'm gonna have to work out harder now that you've inspired me a bit.
