How I Started:
I was a beanpole. I could run fast and for a long distance. Also, I had a back injury (hit by a car) and hoped stabilize it.
Why I Love It:
I get high. It is better than a runner's high.
How I Stay Motivated:
Love the high. Love making my muscles scream. Outlet for tension. Want to outlive my ancestors.
BB Accomplishments:
Slowly gained 12 lean lbs., but I want to gain much more.

Now that my legs are progressing, I think I can imagine adding muscle there and better balancing out my body. I would really like to add 10 lbs. of muscle.

Yeah, I heading that way too (180lbs), just slow going to add quality mass for me. I am hoping to add 10-12 pounds of lean mass in 6-7 months. PM me with any good tips or workouts that are assisting you.

hey dude. ive been lifting for about a year now,i never got the greatest results ever though. i ordered a thing called no nonsense muscle building and was able to pack on 20 pounds in a year. i workout about 3 days a week and its full body routine workout.
