Goal (Long):
Now that my legs are progressing, I think I can imagine adding muscle there and better balancing out my body. I would really like to add 10 lbs. of muscle.
What a great history of changing his life around. Great example not only for others who come from the same background, but also for people who think they are doing great right now. I need to get it in gear!
trick photography haha.. no 2 things mostly.. very consistent eating schedule i eat so much.. and always changing my routine.. always looking for something new to try. Excellent build btw

My abs are definitely going away since i've gained roughly 8-10 lbs, but I'm hitting them hard once a week so it's all good. :)

Yeah, I heading that way too (180lbs), just slow going to add quality mass for me. I am hoping to add 10-12 pounds of lean mass in 6-7 months. PM me with any good tips or workouts that are assisting you.
hey dude. ive been lifting for about a year now,i never got the greatest results ever though. i ordered a thing called no nonsense muscle building and was able to pack on 20 pounds in a year. i workout about 3 days a week and its full body routine workout.
