When I Started:
Jul, 2009
How I Started:
I'm a US Air Force veteran and was subjected to a lackluster fitness program... I became lazy and skinny fat. I started to workout again because I know I can do better.
Why I Love It:
While I'm working out I'm stressing my body but de-stressing my brain. You can't pay a psychologist enough for that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Others that are motivated. People who have stuck to their guns and succeeding through adversity. My own goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I made the decision to change my life.

Thanks for the blog comment. I am trying to stick with it. Have completely stopped smoking- so far it's day 4. I need to input my workouts, but other than that everything is on schedule. Thanks again for the encouragement. One quick thing- you seem to count a lot of calories/grams of fat/carbs/ etc. Do you find it beneficial? Honestly I never do this because I feel like it makes me dwell on every bite I eat. Life still has to be lived...if you know the guidelines, isn't that enough?

Thanks for the comment. Defy genetics. If I can do it, for God's sake anyone can do it. Have the faith.
