How I Started:
I was always active during school, but afterwards it tappered off. I've been in the gym off and on, due to whatever reason and always had a hard time coming back because I was too embarrassed of how I let myself go. I don't even recognize the girl in the mirror anymore. I'm ready for a come-back...and this time it's for good!
Why I Love It:
I love how working out makes me feel...LOOOOVE THA PUMP!!

Yeah, I'm pretty good thanks, except for it being winter down here atm :-(. Aapart from that its all going well, just starting dieting, gotta get down to 74 kg again, hopefully 3-4% BF. Hoping to make a trip out to US later in the year. Nov/Dec, love the US! Havn't been to Texas before, but certainly want to. Don't they say everything's bigger in Texas? Hope some of that might rub off if I train there for a little while.

hey how is it going? I am doing great I am really back on track eating good and working my butt off. I actually get my full workout in at about 8 am and then usually in the evening go back for night time cardio.
You too! I'm in Missouri this weekend-girl...it's like 82 degrees & beautiful-my kids were so thankful when they got off the plane-LMAO!! What are you doing this weekend??
