When I Started: May, 2008
How I Started: I was always active during school, but afterwards it tappered off. I've been in the gym off and on, due to whatever reason and always had a hard time coming back because I was too embarrassed of how I let myself go. I don't even recognize the girl in the mirror anymore. I'm ready for a come-back...and this time it's for good!
Why I Love It: I love how working out makes me feel...even when I'm sore. It's such a sense of accomplishment!
How I Stay Motivated: I read fitness magazines and cut out pictures to hang up and remind me of what I'm working towards.
BB Accomplishments: None yet! I am wanting to do a competition in the future. I'll keep you posted.

Goal (Short): My goal is to get back to where I was at my fittest!
Goal (Long): I know exactly when I let myself go. I had some pretty devistating things happen and used that as my excuse to stop going to the gym and eat myself to this point. I will no longer use it as my excuse! I will be the girl I know I can be and get back down to 120 within a year. I am driven!!

Not using the correct form or using too much weight.
