Check out Stevep78...he kicked my butt! Has a few great workouts. I'm working with jaim91 now, thought I'd get a female perspective on things. I know our bodies are a bit different.

Hey girl! sorry your having problems with your old PT! That really stinks! I've come across the same thing with a trainer...not with the one I have not but back in December! Sucks cause it was expensive! Karma's a B...that's what I have to say:) Hope you have a great weekend! And I would def take that plan lol

AHHHHAHA That's great!!!! Isn't it fun hittin the gym with your bro! When my lil bro (which he's 26 and wayyyy bigger then me Lol) comes to town that's what we do together! It's great! Oh that's good to know!! No big plans, the usual. I hit the gym in the morning and I just get my house cleaning and spend time with my lil guy the rest of the day! We watch a movie Sat night and get our snuggling time lol What about you??

None after 4:30 huh…what would you say your total gms of carbs are in a day? Training’s going good!! I have really good workouts! I think I need to add a little more cardio after my weights but crap by the time I’m done with weights I’m beat lol How’s your training going??? You really look freakin awesome girl!!
