I have played soccer since I was four years old and continued being active throughout the years.
Why I Love It:
I have an addiction to working out! It makes me feel really good! I joke and say it's my anti-depressent! Plus I want my lil man to know how important working out is...no lazy couch crap lol When I feel good about myself I'm a better mommy...a better person all around:)

Hey girl! The Shiratake noodles seriously are carb-free. They are made in Japan from a root vegetable --> Konjac flour, which is nothing more than a soluble fiber. I've tried a few varieties, but the ones from www.miraclenoodles.com are the absolute best because they don't have additives or tofu in them. From that site they can only be purchased in bulk -- turns out to be a good deal. :)
