How I Started:
I was just tired of being skinny, and wanted to be like some other kids I knew. I guess I also wanted the extra muscle for sports, and just to impress people. one of the only reasons I have this sight, is so that people can watch my progress, and maybe that will show them that they can do it too.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being totally burned out, but holding on, and doing that last rep, untill your body physically cannot do it anymore. I just started, so I am nothing right now, but the thing that keeps me going, is knowing what I will be a a couple of years.
How I Stay Motivated:
You have to have the passion to be successful. Right now, I am just a beggining body builder, and have a LOT of work to go, untill I will be happy with my physicall appearance. But the passion is a big part of what keeps me going, and seeing other people, and knowing that some day, I will be like that.
BB Accomplishments:
I havent accomplished anthing great yet, but I will always be addicted to bodybuilding, and pretty soon, I will really have something to show.

Goal (Long):
My main goal is just to get really big for when I go into High school. I want to feel good about myself, and have people be impressed. From then on, I know that I will be addicted. I am not interested in ever entering any contests, I just want to impress myself, and others around me.
WEll, its been a LONG time, and I just wanted to inform you on my progress. I started realizing that theless wait, more reputition theory wasn't doing a damb thing, so I have decided to strength train, and do less reps, with much greater weight... I have not really had the chance to see how...
I start out working on my biceps, triceps, and chest on the first day. On this day i do some benching, a lot of preacher curls, resistance pushups, flys, and a few other things. Then on the next day, I work on my calfs, chest, and back. This day is a lot harder for me than the first day,...

thanks bud...i started when i was like 10 but didn't take it serious till i was about 16 made a little bit of gains not a lot when i was your age i was 5'7" 115, so don't get to ahead of yourself right now don't worry about size that'll come when your test levels peak in a couple of years right now learn and learn as much as you can about it including immaculate form. good luck it will come be patient
