How I Started:
I started 3yrs ago but was on and off until this past summer...
Why I Love It:
I have always enjoyed the gym but had little time to actively participate....I definitely love it, the friends I have met there are awesome and are part of my motivation to continue my workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes i have to push myself, I lack motivation due to a long day at work... I now have a personal trainer and he is awesome...he got his pro card in May. As for me if it wasn't for him i'd be at home.
When is the best time to for a body fat check? I'd have to vote for first thing in the morning before you rehydrate your body. Same thing with stepping on a scale and putting a tape measure around your waist.
