I originally did Richard Simmons videos in my living room. After I lost the first hundred pounds, I started going to the gym and lifting. I've been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the stress relief. Nothing clears my head like kicking my own ass.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look like the models, I won't lie. I've come so far, and I want to turn heads.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost 240 pounds. I also have started walking a bit with a leg brace. I would say my long term consistency of hitting the gym is my biggest accomplishment.

I want to get muscle definition, which requires a lot more work with cardio and lifting. I also want to walk again.
Goal (Long):
I've already lost approximately 227 pounds. I want to get muscle definition and be 160 lbs. of muscle. I also will get walking again, having been in a wheelchair since I was 13.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 45 lb

Dont know if youre a spiritual guy, but we wont be in these old dusty earth suits too long. Most important is the spiritual 'body' and where it will spend an eternity. What's 70-80 yrs of earth time compared to an eternity? Virtually nadda! lol
