I work out Monday-Friday (Body Part a Day). Rest on the weekends (Sat as a "Make Up" Day if Needed)
Monday – Back/Forearms
Tuesday – Shoulders/Abs
Wednesday – Arms
Thursday – Legs/Forearms
Friday – Chest/Abs
Saturday – Cardio or Circuit Training/Make up day if needed
Sunday – Rest

I try to keep my diet as simple as possible. Makes it easier with my busy schedule.
Breakfast:
1 Cup Egg Whites (1 whole egg)
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Tbsp of Natty PB (In the oatmeal)
Snack:
Optimum Gold Standard Whey (1-2 Scoops) w/ 1/4 Cup of Oatmeal
Brunch:
1 Can of Tuna w/ 1 oz of Chicken
2 Cups of Salad
5 Almonds
1 Apple
Lunch:
5 oz of Chicken or Fish
1/2 Cup of Sweat Potatoes
1 Cup of Veggies
Post Workout:
Optimum Gold Standard Whey (1-2 Scoops)
1 Large Banana
Dinner:
6 oz of Fish and Chicken
2 Cups of Salad
1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese
5 Almonds
Night:
Optimum Gold Standard Casein Shake (1-2 scoops)
1 tbsp of Natty PB
Average Overall Stats:
Calories - 2,226, Protein - 208, Carbs - 200, Fat - 65
