weasal96 ...when i hit a plateau, i switch up my work-out... either starting with incline before flat or try a different routine... right now i do for flat, 8-6-4-3-2-1-4 (reps) with about 2 minutes rest between each set and increasing 10 lbs each set... start with a weight you can do 8 reps with and work up... after you can do the series, move up your beginning weight... let me know what you think...
