Reason: Josh is the all around nice guy. He is willing to help others by what he has already learned. He is a teacher that is constantly learning himself and pouring out his knowledge onto others. His transformation is incredible. He has went from bone rail to buff in just a few short years. His body size is exactly what I am going for.
