How I Started:
Got a new home gym and I wanted to become ripped. I also realized that the earlier I start the easier it would be to build healthy habits that I would benefit from for the rest of my life
Why I Love It:
The feeling that you get after a great work out and showing people up who constantly complain about their bodies but never man up and do something about it

hey man no problem, lookin good..i've been doing MMA now for about 7-8 months.
i get up at 5:30 6 days a week and run sprints for 30min. i weight train mon-friday. and i train kick-boxing and jiu-jitsu 3 nights a week. i have a fight hopefully this month, ill keep ya posted buddy;)
Welcome and great job so far adding both size and definition to athletic build. Looks like you'll be able to get to that goal of a "BEAST". Fun ride to watch you get there. Andre
