Have not entered any competions yet, I've hit a lot of speed bumps with injuries, just comming off a shoulder surgery, but plan to enter the Mr. Iowa next year...

Just bulking right now till Jan 4th then start my diet for the Iowa. It'll be my first competition but with the help of my trainer Chris Genkinger, I think I'll do well...
Goal (Long):
I tore my labrum 180 degrees down the back and also 3 legaments in front playing football, the surgeon put in 6 anchors, 5 will disolve and one is titanium. The surgery took place on September 10th 2008 and I have been unable to touch a weight for 5 months. Befor the surgery I was benching 225 20 times, deadlifting 405, I was doing push-presses with 235 sets of 3 and squating 450. I was a lean 215 so my goal is to get back to where I was, then surpass it and enter into the Mr. Iowa in April 2010...
