When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I have been encouraged from some friends to lose weight and reshape my body.Bodybuilding website has also supported me.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It increases self confidence,keeps you healthy and happy.bodybuilding really has a magical impact on me once i go with bad mood after getting out i have very good mood.

 10 minutes warming up 


4 shoulder workouts optimized my shoulders; I can see obvious definition


3 triceps , 3 abs  and forearms then I made interval lasted for 31 minutes on treadmill I burned 260 calories.


relieved the stress  I need to sleep 8-10 hours to get the maximum benefits.

yesterday was the first day of my schedule


I did 10 minutes cardio,5 Chest exercises,3 Biceps,2 forearms,3 abs,and cardio for 20 minutes.


Supplements :


during the day


morning 8:00 am 2 capsuls oxyelite one more at 14:00


before working out:


2 caps amino acid.


2 soft gel smart blends CLA,EPA,and DHA. 


2 soft gel Irwin green tea


2 small scoops creatine  


after working out:


2 caps amino

Wakki Yeah no more meat, but having fish infequently. I should have qualified its semi vegetarian for now. I don't believe its hard to get protein, keep u posted :) The groups don't seem to do anything ... I've joined a few and it doesn't come into main feed, so I forget to go there... but ill join if u setup... Jan 15, 2012 1:50pm
