4 shoulder workouts optimized my shoulders; I can see obvious definition
3 triceps , 3 abs and forearms then I made interval lasted for 31 minutes on treadmill I burned 260 calories.
relieved the stress I need to sleep 8-10 hours to get the maximum benefits.

I did 10 minutes cardio,5 Chest exercises,3 Biceps,2 forearms,3 abs,and cardio for 20 minutes.

during the day
