How I Started:
As soon as we got settled in Iraq I just started goin to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I feel refreshed and energetic after a workout. Plus I like the way I feel after I lift weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever I pick up a magazine and see all the bodybuilders and the girls, I think thats what I want.

My goal is to lose bodyfat, gain muscle mass, and improve cardio.
Goal (Long):
I am a member of the United States Army. For a while now I haven't been taking care of my body and it's been hurting my career. I need to lose bodyfat in the worst way. If I did my P.T. would improve greatly. I have 8 months left in the army and I plan on becoming a police officer or fire fighter. Another goal of mine is to gain muscle mass.
