like most people here, i no longer wanted to the skinny kid.

Vanity! haha lets get real most if not all of us do it so people can be like..DAMN! Who's that!.. most of us growing up where real skinny or heavy, & know we enjoy the roles reversed =)
How I Stay Motivated:
i try to have a work out buddy or just check the progress of some of my friends here on BodySpace.
BB Accomplishments:
when i started at 130 & i made it to 190. im about a year & 1/2. these days i rather be toned & get my six-pack.
sweet man! dude just stay consistant, i cant stress that enough. with the diet, and lifting, make sure u do ur cardio cuz that will just speed up the process man!
whats up man! dude i just started a bulk now, but what i did was a keto diet. i ate only 30g of carbs a day, and kept my fats and protein hi! every one to two weeks i did a one day carb up. so on those days i ate low fat hi carb hi protein. i liked it a lot man! its rough to stick to at first but it helped me a lot. what bf% r u lookin to be at?

glad to hear the wrist is good bro. lol i did lose some definition but i managed to bulk up to 181 at my highest point. this is my last week of bulking, more of a transition week to get back into my cutting diet. how's the painting going lately?
