How I Started:
Well, I used to work at a gym and took some courses on personal training, but after I met my beautiful wife and after the baby. Yeah, I put on some weight and haven't been working out for a while now.
Why I Love It:
I used to love it, because I felt healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife, kids, and the fear of dying over weight.

Goal (Long):
We are going to Jamaica in May and I hope that I lose the weight by then. That would be most excellent to be healthy again. I want to be able to participate in athletic events. My goal is just to be better tomorrow than today.
