Well, I used to work at a gym and took some courses on personal training, but after I met my beautiful wife and after the baby. Yeah, I put on some weight and haven't been working out for a while now.
Why I Love It:
I used to love it, because I felt healthy.

My wife, kids, and the fear of dying over weight.

We are going to Jamaica in May and I hope that I lose the weight by then. That would be most excellent to be healthy again. I want to be able to participate in athletic events. My goal is just to be better tomorrow than today.

I received my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it is not super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I think that by focusing on your goal, staying strong and determined along with committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
