hulkinout Yeah, Steve Holman's stuff has been good to me cause I used to overtrain like crazy when I was younger. When I cut back on the volume and started implementing techniques like x-reps, DC and Brosser's P/R/S stuff, I finally started hulking out bigtime. If you ever wanna discuss, let me know.
