Like many people I was inflenced by early Muscle and Fitness magizines, one of may major influences from the pictures was Frank Zane than Arnold and Pumping Iron. In highschool I had a football coach who was a competitive bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
because if you are missed-up inside a good looking outside can hide that.

I have always wanted to compete in a bb contest, I have been going to contest since I was 16 years old, I trained like I was going to enter but guess I have never had the guts. Ive been a lean 225 and still no contest than I set a loose goal to do over 40 contest Iam 41 and still no contest. My point I think I want to to a Masters over 40 contest

I seem to have found some motivation. I have eaten clean for three days now, which thats the first time I can remember three consective days of eating clean in at least a year.

I have also trained for four cosective days including both weights and cardio thats very rare, I feel as if...
