How I Started:
I tored my ACL and decided to start lifting upper body hard, and I really took off from there with the help of my buddy Vince Lundeen, Carla Griffen, Mark Davisson, and Kirk Keffer encouraged me. Ive had a lot of help to get where I am and I'm gonna keep goin!
Why I Love It:
I love progressing, seeing the human body change, and Getting stronger and bigger. And everyones gotta love the attention :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I push myself and keep telling myself I will get bigger and stronger. Motivation isn't really a problem for me. I love working out
