How I Started:
I gain a lot of weight the past year, do to stress and meds. I want to regain back my latin body, wish me luck..lol
Why I Love It:
I love learning about different type of workouts and learn to use my muscles in ways.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out 3 days a week... I give myself 1 sweet treat to keep cravings off. and i trainer with my personal trainer 1 a week
BB Accomplishments:
I'm noticing new muscle growth and feel stronger as i go through my work out.

Well the f=last few months I've been doing Push/pull routine
I workout 5 days a week mon-push, tues-cardio/abs,
wed-lowerbody, Thurs cardio/abs, fri-pull weekends off

then i changed it up tio reverse pyramids
3days on 1day off
so far so good
