How I Started:
I woke up one day after spending my life enjoying the lazy life and decided I wanted to get moving and I ended up loving exercise!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel mentally and physically after a great workout, it's a great sense of self dicipline and acomplishment, and every time you up the weights that little bit more, it's one more step in the right direction which I love!
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't have to try any tricks to keep motivated as I love working out so much, but my iPod and some poweful tracks help to keep me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I just love exercise, I've never really thought of taking it anywhere!

Ok,I'm 5'2, weigh about 100 pounds, and I look a mess. I dont seem to be gaining any muscle, I feel shit, tired all day long as well, and despite training my body looks awful, skinny arms, boney bits, yet a flabby tummy. I want a fitness model figure but I dunno what to do, I eat around...

feel the exact same way, been crazy busy here as well. Missing meal and workouts but holding at 172ish so that is good. And what are you talking about "not big and buff" you have guns girls!!! ;-)
