Cardio today. My doctor tells me I am not eating enough, but we are still waiting on my blood work :-(

Background
I have always been a chunk a monk. About a year ago I was diagnosed with CRPS which is a nerve disease. It is highly painful. I read up on chronic pain and one thing I read was exercise. I started doing some walking and found that I started to feel a little better. Well I started to lose a little weight and started to feel better. I liked what I was seeing and feeling and wanted to continue. I would love to be healthy and have a body to match. Once thing I can't stand is going to try and clothes and never being able to fit them.

Jamie Eason 12-Week Fat Loss Program
I follow Jamie Eason's 12-Week Fat Loss plan. It consists of upper body and cardio one day, then cardio the next, then lower body and cardio, followed by cardio the next day and the last day is upper and lower body with no cardio.

I really do not follow a nutrition plan. I drink a protein shake in the morning. I will either have some plain yogurt a couple hour later or homemade pumpkin protein bars. I will eat some type of fruit with it. Around 11am I will have my protein smootie (Non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, water, and frozen fruit). For lunch it depends on my mood, sometimes I will have lettuce wraps, or turkey chili, or chicken, etc. For dinner it really depends on what time I get home from the gym. Sometimes if it is too late I will just drink a protein shake but if I do just cardio days then I will have some type of meat and veggie. I do drink my 64-80 ounces of water each day.

Day to Day
I take a multi-vitamin each morning and smart blend. I also take the BCAA. I just ordered the CLA from bb.com. Hopefully that will help aid in my weight loss.

I have been working out for the past 5 months without any type of weight loss. I might lose 2 pounds and then gain it again. I do circuit training and cardio. I am a very dedicated person, but it is difficult to work so hard and not be able to lose any weight. My family has suggested it might be my thyroid.
