I am a new lifter and I have noticed that there are alot of guys at my gym that have not moved up in weight while lifting and these same guys always have a spotter that is lifting the weight for them and my friend tells me that is the reason they never progress and I see what he means now that...

not to hard just study your air brakes that is hard. and study the pre trip on your semi because they are hard on that. so good luck dude .let me know how you did
