for thickness i think partial reps on close grip bench

I bet you are exhausted but it will all be worth it. I cant wait till im at that point. I hit a plateau and Coach and i decided to do Keto again to get me going...so far so good. I just keep pushing.

I'm in Minot. The gym on base is one of the best I've seen at a military base. I've been trying to shred since I got here. I was 241, but now I'm 227. I was down to 222, but gained a little weight. I might be going to the 24 hour gym by 32nd and broadway.
