Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pain in the bi-tri separation area. It literally took months to recover. Just had to find lifts to work around the pain.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form and/or too much weight. Kind of goes hand in hand I guess.
