I started working out years ago in college back in the States. I've been working out pretty much the last 9 years for triathlons and rugby.

I want to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle by July and also cut my body fat. I also want to improve for rugby.
Goal (Long):
I have been in the gym for a few years now on and off. My diet is my worst enemy and now am dedicated to a completely healthy diet all the time! I want to cut body fat and gain muscle. I'd like my look to be very toned, but am not really looking to get to a massive size.
