Completed a very rewarding Basketball Career and decided I needed to start packing muscle on my skinny high flying bones.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it gives a chance to be a living example of what time dedication and self control will get you. I also love being able to share my story with others so they can start to reach their fitness goals as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and seeing changes almost daily at times. My hard work always pays off.
I also stay motivated by getting in shape enough to compete on a regular basis. I realize that not many people in this world can get ripped as I get for each competition.
The possibilities of landing in a magazine or being awarded a fitness campaign keeps me focused and on task as well.
I realize there is no end to this ride. Ther is no finishline.
BB Accomplishments:
1st place 2008 Fame Southcentral Championships
1st /3rd place 2008 Fame North American Championships Pro Fitness Model / Pro Muscle Model
FitSciences Championships 2009 4th place
