This was at my biggest. I had JUST started working out, you couldnt tell. i think i was around 214
2 weeks later. i can see a little change. im 192.4 (before Chili's)
Here we go again. I have fallen off the wagon HARD. I have a new short term goal, i want to lose 15 pounds by June 19, when i go to Vegas. So i dont scare the kids by the pool
Goal (Long):
I want to work out 2x's a day, at least 3 x's a week and once the other days. I have started a step class/sculpt class 3 days a week. I intend to eat as clean as possible, which is real hard when you have kids and its baseball season, but I am determined this time. hmmm.. i've heard that before. I can do very good at work, but those weekends just KILL me. I will eat 6 times a day and try to drink an advantage (protein) drink before i go to bed instead of another meal. I will TRY TRY TRY...
Well, i almost did it. my goal (revised one) was to get to 180 before i went to Vegas on the 19th. I weighed in today at 183.4. I set my goal on April 27, when i had eaten myself up to 200 lbs. Im so conflicted right now! i want to go to vegas, and have a good time, which to me is,...
Gloria: remember that Body for Life has a built in cheat day once every week so that you get to not only achieve your goal but also eat your M&M’s. If it wasn’t for the cheat day my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I might not have achieved the results that we did. I am addicted to Dairy Queen Blizzards as is my wife and I used to look forward to Saturday which was cheat day so that I could pig out. Once satisfied I was soon ready to resume both the diet and the workouts come Monday morning.

My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. You will have to push yourself because it’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. We are both here for you if you wish to give us a yell.
