How I Started:
I started working out after playing basketball in college. It's been off/on for years. Coaches basketball and track to stay in the field.
Why I Love It:
It helps you mentally as well as physically. Also helps battle our country's biggest problem - obesity.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly reading about the negative effects that bad health has on our kids, healthcare, and the cost of treating our problems.
BB Accomplishments:
Watching over the years all the kids I help stay away from childhood obesity.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I use to play music that would get my heart rate up but now I slowly work my way into the workout gradually and with light to moderate push ups, jumpin jacks and a variety of stretches.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
No to low sugars, no salt, eliminating all white breads, rice , elimnating all processed foods, and elimnate the fast foods
