How I Started:
I started working out after playing basketball in college. It's been off/on for years. Coaching basketball and track to stay in the field.
Why I Love It:
It helps you mentally as well as physically. Also helps battle our country's biggest problem - obesity.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly reading about the negative effects that bad health has on our kids, healthcare, and the cost of treating our problems.
BB Accomplishments:
Watching over the years all the kids I help stay away from childhood obesity.
