Was getting fat and needed a change. I hate what I was seeing in the mirror.
Why I Love It:
Seeing results from my hard work. Setting goals and meeting them to be sucessful. Watching my max weight (lifting) go up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at where I was before, and not look back. Keep looking at these buff guys in fitness mags, and tell my self hey that could be you if you push urself.
BB Accomplishments:
Leg press: 560 lbs. 4 reps, 8/21/07
Other stats not listed below. Decline bench 235 lbs (max) Shoulder shrugs: 225 lbs. max. (Effective 7/31/07) Layiing dumbell extensions: 5/100lbs (11/20/2007) Inlcine bench dumbell press: 5x85LB march 2008.
