When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: Was getting fat and needed a change. I hate what I was seeing in the mirror.
Why I Love It: Seeing results from my hard work. Setting goals and meeting them to be sucessful. Watching my max weight (lifting) go up.
How I Stay Motivated: Look at where I was before, and not look back. Keep looking at these buff guys in fitness mags, and tell my self hey that could be you if you push urself.
BB Accomplishments: Leg press: 560 lbs. 4 reps, 8/21/07
