How I Started:
I always wanted to have a strong body. And now also concerned about looks. Biggest hurdle is weight gain... I am a real hard gainer. I maintained the same weight for years.
Why I Love It:
It gives a feeling of accomplishment when I increase weight in my exercises.
Gain confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I workout because I see my body as a sacred trust that I must take care of.
Seeing myself in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 5 pounds in 3 months!! (great to see gain after years and years of steady weight). Big thing for a hard gainer guy.

Goal (Long):
I want to have a body that I am proud of. A body that shuns off any disease, survives any weather, impresses every woman, satisfies my wife, fulfills every responsibililty, and finally depart me with grace.
To be exact, I am working to be 170 pounds with 15% bodyfat. Muscles in correct form and shape. Bones strong. Skin healthy and vascular. High testosterone levels through natural diet.
I am working to have all this in 18 months!

Yo bro. Thx for your comment. You know, I try to train my forearms twice a week. Grab a barbell and put your forearms flat on a bench...and curl it nicely, sqeeze it, feel the pain. You can also use cable machines but I prefeer using free weights. I'll post progress pictures maybe in a month or two. I've been really happy with my progress sofar, it's going along very well!
Gaining good lean muscle is a very hard thing to do and you are managing to do it. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing your progress pics when you hit your goal.
