So..... I am going to focus more on my times in swimming, cycleing, and running and less on weight lifting..... should I still hang out here and get info from everyone on here???? or Should I just kick myself out??? I am only dropping my weight lifting for about 2 months then starting again...

Wow, you are pretty busy then! Yeah, the comps have been alright. This last one was hard competition. Going to bulk for the rest of the year. I want some nice rounded shoulders and stuff.
dude, that is awesome.........don't be nervous bro, you'll do well. That is awesome how you can inspire your daughter to join a swim team. Most kids don't have good parents as role models.
As for me being ripped....getting there man...just been slavin at the gym every chance i get. I'll post new Prog pics up in late mid Nov. Just knowing that your improving motivates me to keep on truckin as well.
