How I Started:
I ran into my buddy from weight lifting class at the community center one random day. We got hardcore into lifting and took off from there. There's a longer deeper story but it gets pretty long aha, anyways I got hooked on it that summer and now I never plan to quit!
Why I Love It:
It has revolutionized my life. There is a beginning, and a middle, but it only ends when you let it end. Progress can ALWAYS be made as long as YOU make it. Seriously, weight lifting is the best thing to happen to me, and I'll never give up on my conquest.
How I Stay Motivated:
How do you NOT stay motivated? My motivation has not dropped an ounce since i started... it only continues to rise! Watching your body grow and the weights get bigger, not to mention the looks from the girls, I can't imagine not being motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I understand my body and have gained confidence in the way I look. In the future I'll hopefully have some contests under my belt, but for now, I'm happy knowing I can walk out in public with out a shirt comfortably.

Not when I first started, prolly about 8 months in. Still, I feel I've made lots of progress since then.
Was not expecting to still have some visible abs at 215 lbs, I'd be incredibly happy if I still have them at the end of this bulk!

Goal (Long):
I've been doing strength and size for a year now and loved it. But now, I'm gonna mix it up and begin a cut to shrink my waist and overall make me feel better about the way I look. I will start this june 18th and we'll see where it takes me. The only cut I ever did was for a week, so I'm not too sure of what to expect, how far to go, or any of that. I'm just going to do it and see where it takes me.
