Went with buddies in college and started to get strong. After a year and a half off I decided to get strong again. I've been lifting seriously since January 2008.

So everyone who has ever bulked up knows what I'm going through.

I'm doing everything I'm supposed to; eating, sleeping, and training.  Body fat will come.  Softness and 'extra' will show itself when you least expect it.  Our minds will tell us we are fat but we must push through it...

Any kind of dance could be considered cardio, it's pretty much like aerobics, you're moving for a hour straight, trust me, it gets your heart rate up!

I pole dance for cardio! Haha, I have class 2 times a week for about 2 hours at a time. I also snowboard in the winter, usually once a week, but that’s pretty much ALL DAY cardio, because I go for the full day. Other then that, I don’t do much, a 10 minute warm up before weight training & that’s it. And for weight training I usually do drop sets. I love ‘em!

that was in college my sophomore year...ummm i had worked out in high school, im gonna try and get a pic or 2 from high school, i was a skinny ass kid...165 but not lots of muscle maturity. **** just startin building slowly. Right around the time this pic was taken(my first progress pic) I got really into lifting
